FREE home insulation for East Lothian households

East Lothian Council has secured Scottish Government funding for loft and cavity wall insulation.

Households are entitled to the free energy saving measures under the East Lothian Council Free Insulation Offer, delivered through the Scottish Government’s Home Energy Scotland Hotline.
