Scottish Hydro’s free appliance scheme is now closed . A new scheme may start  in the new financial year. Keep a look out on our web site  for updates on this initiative from April.

This means we can help vulnerable households on low incomes replace their old, inefficient appliances with free, energy efficient appliances. The  UK Government was unsuccessful in their appeal against the High Court ruling in relation to solar FITs and is now seeking permission to appeal this to the Supreme Court.
